Hannah Beynon

Assistant Leader / Senior Pastoral Care

Following her graduation with a BMus (Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London, Hannah completed her vocal masters at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Professor Susan McCulloch. She also holds the Birkbeck Certificate in Continuing Education, Opera Studies. Hannah began working as a music journalist for Rhinegold Publishing Ltd, first as editorial assistant for Opera Now and later as editorial assistant of Classical Music magazine and deputy editor of The Singer. Hannah has an extensive musical, administrative and managerial background, with a specific interest in working with and supporting young musicians. She is passionate about choral and opera singing and balances her own singing career with work in administration and choral conducting. As a singer, Hannah has performed with many choral groups, including the National Portrait Gallery Choir, the Rhinegold Singers, the Guildhall Consort, the Welsh National Youth Opera, the British Youth Opera, Surrey Opera, Garsington Opera and Opera North. A keen percussionist, she also regularly performs with orchestras in and around London.
